Section 1A. Program Guidelines, Payment Terms

  • Payment Arrangement: You authorize Leficomp Business Systems Inc. (“Leficomp”) to collect twelve (12) recurring monthly payments of $199 CAD, with the first payment due on the date of enrollment if you choose the monthly payment option or one (1) payment of $2,200 CAD at time of enrollment if you choose the annual payment option.

  • Non-Refundable Commitment: All sales are final after the rescission period (see Section 1B). By enrolling, you acknowledge this is a full 12-month commitment.

  • Promotional Pricing

From time to time, Leficomp may offer promotional or partner-specific pricing or bundled offers (“Promotions”) that temporarily modify the standard program fees or payment schedule. Any such Promotion, if applicable to the Client, will be specified in the Client’s enrollment confirmation, invoice, or order form, and will form part of this Agreement by reference.

    Promotions are:

    • Time-limited and non-transferable;

    • Subject to eligibility requirements as communicated at the time of enrollment; and

    • Applied only to the fees and payment terms stated in the enrollment confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all other terms and obligations of this Agreement remain unchanged. When a Promotion expires, the standard pricing in effect at that time will automatically apply to any ongoing or renewed participation.

Section 1B. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due in full on the due date each month.

  • If payment fails, you must provide a valid payment method within three (3) business days or risk removal from the Program.

  • Payments may be made by credit card or debit card.

  • Rescission Clause: You may cancel this agreement, without penalty, within three (3) calendar days of signing. Any payments made will be refunded within 10 days of written notice to [email protected].

Our commitment to you is wholehearted. We pour our heart, soul, and expertise into helping you build a business in Canada. In return, we ask for your full commitment to do the work, implement the strategies, and make use of the resources provided. Experience shows that success comes from being “all in.” Having one foot in and one foot out rarely produces meaningful results. That’s why this rescission period exists to give you the space to decide if you’re truly ready to commit.

This Program is an investment in yourself and your business. Once you decide to move forward, you agree to engage fully and take consistent action toward your goals.

Section 2. Participation Terms

Leficomp may limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Program, without refund, if you:
(a) Fail to make payments,
(b) Become disruptive,
(c) Violate Program guidelines, or
(d) Impair other participants’ experience.
